If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or experience, please let us know! Excellent service is our goal and we make every effort to meet the needs of our Customers as promptly as possible. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our Customer’s experience, so please tell us how we can better serve you!

 

Order & Billing Policies:

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order on our web site.
a plus, inc. accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Sales tax will be charged to all shipments made within the State of Georgia.
We try to make the pricing of the merchandise available for sale from our web site as straight forward as possible.  To that end, most of our merchandise is priced so that it includes shipping to any of the lower 48 States.  On other items, we try to offer a flat shipping cost to any of the lower 48 States.
All order cancellations are subject to a minimum 5% processing fee.  If the item ordered is a special order item, no refund will be offered.
a plus, inc. is not responsible for typographical errors.
Manufacturer's warranty, if any, that were in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
Item availability, specifications and pricing are not within the control of a plus, inc. and are subject to change without notice and some items may be considered a special order item by the manufacturer which we are not aware of.
In the event that there is a pricing error, a plus, inc. reserves the right to issue the customer a full refund and cancel the order.
Please ensure that you use a working email address when you place you order, as we will use this for notifications and information regarding your order and merchandise.
Once you place your order and complete your payment, you will receive a confirmation via email acknowledging the order.
Please check your spam / junk mail folders to make sure that our emails are being delivered.
Once your order ships, you will receive another email indicating that it has shipped, and any tracking information.
If your order contained more than one item, it is possible that your order will be shipped in multiple boxes and you will get an email and tracking information for each package as they ship.

 

Return & Replacement Policies:

For any return of merchandise, or request for replacement of defective or damaged merchandise, please contact a plus, inc. via the phone or email contacts shown above and we will provide you with instructions and / or information via email.
All returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
For any and all returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the return of merchandise.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery of the merchandise, undamaged, and in it's original packaging.
All Non-Defective returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All replacements needed due to damage or defect, are handled by a plus, inc. and not by the manufacturer.
For all damaged merchandise replacement, we will provide you with updates via email as they become available from the manufacturer.

 

Shipping and Acceptance Policies:

Inspect all packages for damages before signing for them.  If a package is damaged, then refuse the shipment.
If the driver will not allow thorough inspection of the packages and you can see carton damage, write "CARTONS DAMAGED" clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and then contact us.
If your merchandise has concealed damage, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can begin the Claim Process and get a replacement part shipped to you.
If your merchandise has concealed damage, you must keep the merchandise in the original packaging so that an Inspection can be done.  If you do not do this, we can not process a claim and you waive your rights for repair or replacement or the damaged merchandise.
All packages are delivered to the garage or front door of the house.  In no case will they be delivered inside the house.
If the weight or size of the merchandise is such that shipment is via LTL truck, you will be responsible for off-loading the merchandise from the end of the truck.

 

Privacy & Security Policies:

We at a plus, inc. and www.aplusinc.net are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline.  We do not store any sensitive information in any manner either electronic or paper.
