Orders require a minimum 3-Day Lead Time for shipment.
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Payment should be made to A plus, inc.
A plus, inc. is not responsible for any freight pre-paid to A plus, inc.
Return stock must be pre-authorized and delivered pre-paid to A plus, inc. and are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
All claims of shortage must be submitted in writing within 5 days from receipt of merchandise.
A plus, inc. reserves the right to alter, discontinue, or change the prices, designs, material specifications, and or products without notice at any time.
Surrounds Cannot be used on a vent free fireplace.
